If you or someone you care about has a psychological, social or addiction problem, there's a place where people know how to help make you well again. Where people care enough to take the time to really listen. And because no two people are quite the same, The Center for Counseling doesn't offer cookie-cutter answers. We carefully analyze each individual client, the family situation, and the work environment, so that we can achieve the optimum treatment plan. Our goal is to eliminate the stigma. The problem with psychological illness is that it is invisible. What people can't see, they can't always understand. Ultimately, as we have a more honest and open attitude about mental health in our society, people will be more willing to seek help. However, until that time comes, confidentiality is critical and we take great care to assure that counseling is done privately and with utmost discretion.
