This is an eight week program that must be completed consecutively.

You must pre-register for this group.  There is a $45 registration fee and a $45 fee for every week

you attend. Your registration fee will be applied to your last session ($360 total).

The Substance Abuse Group meets on Tuesdays, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

        Week 3:   Disease concept

•   Feelings, progression and its connection to drug/alcohol abuse

        Week 4:  Your brain on drugs

        Week 5:  Defense mechanisms

        Week 6:  Autobiography, 5 chapters

        Week 7:  Relapse

        Week 8:  Refusal skills/peer pressure
