Anger Management Substance Abuse Grief Group Youth Anxiety Domestic Violence

 

This group meets for six consecutive weeks for one hour. The cost is $30 per week.

Pre-registration is required. Please call 586.949.7680 to register and receive information about the dates of the next series.

Topics Include:

  • School Phobia

    • "Why don't I want to go to school?"

  • Social Fears

    • "Why can't I get the friends that I want?"

  • Performance Anxiety

    • "Why am I afraid to speak in front of the class, play sports, try out for the play, etc.?"

  • Generalized Anxiety

    • "Why am I always nervous?"

  • Distorted Body Image

    • "Why don't I like my body?"

  • Sense of Belonging

    • "Why don't I fit in anywhere?"
